Here is the direct download link for my latest improvisation. As always, it is a backing track that I make and loop, and then I use the first take. This is all about what I can come up with right away, sort of like stream-of-consciousness writing or conversations with a friend.

I believe it is so important to live our life awake, and doing these improvisation helps me to do just that. Also, publishing them right after I complete them keeps me honest with all of you. You can glean as much from them as you could talking to me. My state of mind, my focus, my mood; all of these factors come into play.

This is also the first improvisation that I made the drumtrack for. Previously I had used the drum loops available in Garageband, but with my new album being recorded this year, I need to get myself up to speed with producing quality, custom tracks.
