Eat Paleo and drop pounds!

I know it works because I have done it this year.
I started at 356 pounds and am now at 247! 241!

This is a short rundown of how I eat:
Paleo Eating Habits

No Grains
No Beans, peanuts, peas or cashews
No Potatoes
No Corn
No Dairy
No Sugar
No added Salt
No Pistachios
