Eat Paleo and drop pounds!

I know it works because I have done it this year.

I started at 356 pounds and am now at 247! 241!

This is a short rundown of how I eat:

Paleo Eating Habits

  • No Grains
  • No Beans, peanuts, peas or cashews
  • No Potatoes
  • No Corn
  • No Dairy
  • No Sugar
  • No added Salt
  • No Pistachios

Eat meat, eggs, fruit, berries, nuts and vegetables

Sensible portions

Eat slowly (hard to do!)
